Dubai is a strange and moneyed place, so it makes sense that its police department is quirky and willing to spend cash. Italy might have a cute Lamborghini cop car, but Dubai has an entire fleet of supercars. Vocativ has gone inside the city’s police force to take a closer look at the cars and the men and women who operate them, releasing an excellent video that reveals—of course—that the cars aren’t used in high-speed chases or for actual patrols. Instead, they’re essentially PR props. But props or otherwise, they’re all drool-worthy: Besides high-profile stuff like a Bugatti Veyron and a Ferrari FF, we even spotted a Brabus Mercedes-Benz G-class. Some of the cars even have light bars! Awesome.
