The new Skoda Fabia has arrived to great acclaim, but does this 1.0-litre engine from the smaller Citigo meet the high standards set by the rest of the range? This 1.0-litre petrol engine isn't quite the cheapest way into the new Skoda Fabia, but it's not far off.
