WHAT WE LIKE: “Childish” best describes our enthusiasm for the F-type, a car as extroverted as even the most precocious toddler. With the sport exhaust armed, great delight has been taken in blasting passersby and alfresco café denizens as well as zipping through tunnels and under expressway overpasses. An overabundance of power is matched only by the car’s attractiveness. Have we mentioned that the top goes down? Our paranoia over the Jag’s reliability has largely proven unfounded, given that with this car we’ve brought more pain and suffering upon ourselves than any spirit of Lucas electrics, real or imagined.
