BMW is preparing a minor facelift for its 6-series range, as these first spy pictures show coupé and Gran Coupé models testing.
The 6-series range will be four years old in 2015, meaning a light mid-life facelift is due. These camouflaged mules show that cosmetic changes will be very minor, mostly focusing around a revised front bumper, side air vents and new front and rear light clusters.
Interior upgrades will be more comprehensive, with reports suggesting BMW will replace its current rotary control for the iDrive infotainment system with a touch-sensitive unit fitted elsewhere in its model line-up.
The current range of engines will be carried over unchanged, though with minor improvements to fuel economy and emissions.
Expect to see the refreshed 6-series range, incorporating the coupé and Gran Coupé models spotted here alongside the convertible, to go on sale during the middle of next year following a likely debut at the Geneva motor show in March.
