Nobody wins in this scenario—a tragedy of epic proportions, played out on the most appropriate Canadian stage I can think of. Toronto is no stranger to infamy this year. Add this dead Ferrari F40 to a shortlist that has Rob Ford occupying spots 1 through 5. Matthew Berenz, who took these photos, witnessed a hapless Dodge Dart driver rip through a red light just as this Ferrari, driven by a mechanic from Ferrari of Ontario, attempted to turn left. The result is a twisted mess of Kevlar composite and aluminum bodywork, a repair bill of unknown but certainly eye-watering proportions, and one claim that will probably max out the Dart’s insurance policy.
