-We’ve already learned a smattering of details about Nissan’s GT-R LM NISMO endurance racer that’s set to debut at Le Mans. It’s kind of a weirdo: A twin-turbo V-6 powers the front wheels, and a spate of very outside-the-box design decisions give it a shape unlike anything else. Now Nissan is tipping its hand ever so slightly, publishing the car’s full specs ahead of its Le Mans debut.
Below is the full listing of technical specs that Nissan released. For a much more in-depth conversation with Ben Bowlby, the GT-R LM NISMO’s harebrained creator, revisit his conversation with Road & Track‘s Marshall Pruett from earlier this year, and check out this in-depth analysis of the most unconventional decisions made during this freak machine’s design.
